Die Wohnung hat 50qm und verfügt über einen großen Wohn/ Essbereich mit neuer Einbauküche, Bartisch und Arbeitsplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Ein Doppelbett 1,60cm und ein Schlafsofa 1,60cm bieten Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet.

The living room has a dining table with 2 chairs, a sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Spices and oils, coffee and tea are at your disposal. Welcome to our cosy accommodation in the beautiful Rems Valley! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. You can reach the S-Bahn to the city in just 10 minutes on foot. You will live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with your own entrance and a small terrace, far away from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (3 and 7 years old).
