From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Dichtbij het centrum van Utrecht ligt deze prachtige en ruime accommodatie in ons weiland omringd door onze grazende schapen. Door de ligging van het chalet heb je veel privacy en kijk je vanuit de woon- en slaapkamer heerlijk uit over het weiland en boomgaard. In februari en maart worden de lammetjes binnen in de schuur geboren. Uiteraard zijn ze te bewonderen en met mooi weer zullen ze overdag buiten lopen. Fietsverhuur op locatie mogelijk. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein met laadpaal.

In Cherry Cottage kom je tot rust en kan je genieten van het prachtige uitzicht over de weilanden. Dit stijlvol ingerichte red ceder huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De hout gestookte hottub kan bijgeboekt worden voor €60. Dit geeft een Scandinavische beleving en is inclusief vers water, krat hout en hamamdoeken. U kunt een extra keer genieten van de hottub voor €15. Betaling vindt plaats tijdens het verblijf, liefst contant. Ontbijt is mogelijk in overleg voor €15 pp vanaf 9.00uur.

Where you can see the storks and deer walking. Sleeping on the property! is close to IJsselstein, Nieuwegein and Utrecht. Ideal for relaxing next to the inhabited world on the property. This place is located in the middle of the garden of De Zouwe and in the beautiful hiking area "De Zouweboezem," a protected nature reserve with many special birds and plants. Lots of privacy, a large garden in front of the door, a wood-burning stove and lots of light.
