The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Completely relax and enjoy each other and the beautiful surroundings of this wooden eco vacation home with an outdoor sauna. You walk right into the woods, and with the 2 included Sparta e-bikes, you can cycle to beautiful places like the Henschotermeer and the Soesterduinen. Staying at home is also a treat: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy-neutral thanks to 18 solar panels.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort is our spacious, more than 100-year-old townhouse. The top floor has been completely renovated and is equipped with every comfort. You can reach the apartment via a shared stairwell. The stairs are in line with current building standards. The space can be described as cosy, with the use of beautiful materials, attention to detail and, above all, comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer period.

In the sitting area, there is a work/dining table for 2 people, cozy fireplace and a sofa bed for guests who prefer to sleep on the ground floor (1.80). Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Fridge and stove (2 burners) available. The cottage is located on private property with ample parking.

Beautifully located in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is B&B de Hoge Zoom, side wing of the 1929 mansion. A true pleasure for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and/or mountain bikers. B&B de Hoge Zoom has a private entrance, living room with Yotul wood stove, fridge, toilet, bathroom and two connected bedrooms upstairs. Wonderfully sunny private terrace, lockable bicycle shed, private parking. From the garden, you have access to the hiking trails of the National Park.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Cottage on the Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is an attractively decorated holiday home in rural style. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the estate. The presence of the horses on the property adds to the rural atmosphere. The Cottage can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. For business bookings during the week, customised stay times or day bookings are possible.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. Villa-Vida was designed and built in 2020. The design takes into account a real forest experience. By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.

You will stay in our farmhouse, renovated in 2021. The medieval city of Amersfoort is nearby and has been chosen as European City of the Year for 2024. The luxurious home has a spacious living room with patio doors to the terrace and garden. Luxurious, fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom on the ground floor with double bed. Large sleeping loft with two double beds and a single bed.

Jan's renovated cowshed has 3 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a beautiful private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
