Located 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 min from Fougères, this cottage (adjoining on one side with another cottage 11 people) is the perfect base for exploring the region. On the ground floor, a living room of 20 m² with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, WC and a separate bathroom. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

There is no cleaning fee on the sole condition that you leave the cottage in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival. If you don't meet this condition, you'll be charged €50. Pets should not be left alone in the accommodation.
