In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The open living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen-living room, a fireplace and of course a dining table. The sleeping gallery with a double bed can be reached via a staircase. Our almost 30 m² apartment is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the forest in Lorch Waldhausen. The rooms are partly completely renovated (April 2025) see pictures. Parking is available for free on the side of the road. Ideal connection also by public transport, e.g. (VVS) Stuttgart, Schorndorf or also to Schwäbisch Gmünd in half an hour.
