Per accedere c’è un ingresso indipendente e una ripida scala a chiocciola perciò non è adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità o a bimbi piccoli. Siamo vicino al centro di Lecco e ancor più vicino alla stazione. Dispone di una terrazza nella quale godere di momenti di assoluto relax. Ci sono due accoglienti camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una singola.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
