CasaAmare si trova sul Lungomare di Le Grazie, frazione di Portovenere. Pur non essendo affacciata direttamente sul mare, la breve distanza che la separa da esso, permette di cogliere tutte le sfumature, i profumi e il rumore che solo il mare sa regalare. Il paese di Le Grazie dista circa 15 min di auto dal centro di La Spezia, è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici che permettono di raggiungere facilmente anche Portovenere distante 3 km circa e raggiungibile a piedi in mezz'ora circa.

A small house dating back to 1600, hidden in a suggestive corner (reachable only by stairs) of a small and characteristic village of the high Fezzano. In the green hills between Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia from above, the house has been completely renovated, but still retains the original wooden ceilings and the ancient nineteenth-century grit floors. Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. In Ridosso is a lovely apartment located a few steps from the sea in the center of Le Grazie. In front of the entrance we find the pier where the vintage yachts mount, beautiful boats rich in history. Nearby there are two small beaches: bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pubs, convenience stores, tobacco, pharmacy, laundromat, bakery, newsstand are all nearby, within a few minutes' walk.
