Merzhausen is a perfect, peaceful place to relax. Stores can be reached in Usingen and Neu-Anspach in 5 minutes by car. A playground and soccer field as well as beautiful places are within walking distance. A golf course is nearby. 32 minutes to the convention. Everything is newly renovated. A new bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a terrace with a garden view where you can enjoy the sunrise! The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Forget your everyday life in this spacious and serene space. The apartment is located in a small cul-de-sac in Bad Vilbel /Frankfurt. You are a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn. The apartment is barrier-free and your dog is also allowed to come along. It takes 15 minutes to get to the Frankfurt trade fair (direct S-Bahn connection) and 20 minutes to downtown Frankfurt. The Vilco and Vilbel city center can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. There is a private parking space.

Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern.
