Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Welcome to the attic, bright and spacious, accessible via a (narrow) spiral staircase (unfavorable for people with walking difficulties). With open well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly workspace. Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with tub and toilet as well as large living area with (sleeping) couch, TV and DAB radio A shower room is available on the 2nd floor.
