The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

John Hunter Studio - Newcastle

JH Studio is located in the geographical centre of Newcastle, just 5 minutes drive from JH Hospital, Blackbutt Reserve & parks. This modern, spacious one bedroom studio sits privately downstairs at the rear of our residence, with separate entry and quiet street parking. It features a comfy king size bed, newly renovated bathroom, self-contained kitchen, lounge and dining rooms, snooker table and stylish furnishings. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast basket included with your stay.

Caves Beach Garden Haven

Relax in beautiful Caves Beach in our quiet self contained unit in a garden setting. Our unit has bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/dining/lounge, also includes the use of the laundry. There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. This a guest unit downstairs in our house, We are available to help but otherwise give you privacy. Parking is on the Street

Minnalong Cottage This lovely one-bedroom, private cottage is set on a working horse property. It is perfect for a couple's getaway or single traveller to explore the beautiful Hunter Valley. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.
