Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Point Breeze is a new-construction lakefront home on the private side of Lake Anna with what almost no house on this shore has: a full-size private pool on the waterfront patio, plus a hot tub, fire pit and your own dock on 100 feet of frontage. Seven bedrooms sleep 20 (five king suites, a queen room and an eight-bunk kids' room), with three living areas and two game rooms so a big group can spread out. About 90 minutes from DC and an hour from Richmond.
