Point Breeze is a new-construction lakefront home on the private side of Lake Anna with what almost no house on this shore has: a full-size private pool on the waterfront patio, plus a hot tub, fire pit and your own dock on 100 feet of frontage. Seven bedrooms sleep 20 (five king suites, a queen room and an eight-bunk kids' room), with three living areas and two game rooms so a big group can spread out. About 90 minutes from DC and an hour from Richmond.
