This is a newly built addition to our property, but is a separate 2 BR apartment with an equipped kitchen/living room and one bathroom. One bed is a queen, one is a double. Your entrance is separate, but we share a courtyard and driveway. The front stoop is just a few steps from your parking spot (there are 5 steps down, and one up) and a balcony in the back that looks over our backyard. Grad weekend 2025 booked at separate listing, airbnb.com/h/RRR-UVAgraduation (three night minimum).
