It has a beautiful shaded terrace on which to have lunch and dinner in a very relaxing setting, overlooking the woods, period villas and the Morenico Amphitheater of Ivrea. It is located about 1 km from the city center, in a green area in the natural park of the 5 lakes of Ivrea and is only 30 minutes from Turin and 60 minutes from the ski slopes of Monterosa Ski.

"Casa Morenica" is a building from the 1900s, located in Montalto Dora, on the Via Francigena, 2 km from Ivrea. Renovated in 2023, it consists of two separate rooms, used as guest rooms. It is about 50 km from Turin and 60 km from Aosta. Within walking distance of Ivrea train station, 30 minutes on foot and 15 by bike. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Stay in a comfortable and quiet place in Ivrea, San Giovanni district. The accommodation is on the second floor of a three-story building, facing a large garden and wooded area. It has a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. It also has a small balcony, which is in bloom in the summer. Ten minutes from Ivrea and lakes, there is a bus stop, food and take-out pizzeria bar downstairs.
