Kitchen is stocked with basics such as sugar, coffee, tea, condiments, S/P and maybe a few treats and sticks to roast marshmallows or hot dogs.

The steep stairs and low ceilings are part of the charm but may not be for everyone. The brand new full bath offers a sit down shower for taller guests, shorter guests can stand or sit. Guest do not have access to cooking facilities but you are invited to join us for breakfast in the morning everyday.

Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Ralston Suite 2 queen beds and full bath in an historic country farmhouse on property west of Purdue University. This is one bedroom of the Black Blanket Farms Bed & Breakfast. Light self-serve breakfast is included in stay. Beautiful safe walking area. Owner lives on site. Peaceful setting. Plenty of parking. Cats, dog, cows, chickens, pets friendly. Personal pets not allowed in this room, but can be on first floor Three Twin Bedroom suite.

The Little Stone Cottage Loft-Handicap-accessible!

We have a large loft area, with a private full bath. It is the whole upstairs in my house. There is no door between the upstairs and downstairs. There is a comfy couch, loveseat with two recliners & a large TV. There are two California Twin Beds pushed together making a King size Bed. We have a stair chair to get up the steep stairs. We have two dogs and a cat & a great backyard with a tiny pond.
