Located on the north side, it is just fifteen minutes from the heart of downtown Bloomington, IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forest, the suite offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath. Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

This cozy bungalow sits up in the trees and overlooks the White River. Riverwood is a small neighborhood and was established in the late 1920's as a vacation hideaway. Located only minutes from downtown shopping, Koteewi Park, Purgatory Golf Club & Ruoff Music center. Grand Park is only 20 minutes away. Toby the cat lives here and will greet you when you arrive, he has his own accommodations on the property & welcomes everyone that stays with us. He’s your personal concierge.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

It is one block from Main Street, featuring so many charming shops, restaurants, and historic buildings for which Madison is famous. Only three blocks from the mighty Ohio and a short five-minute drive to Clifty Falls State Park. We fell in love with Madison and know you will, too.
