Stunning view on villefranche bay

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Very small studio, mezzanine, sunny balcony.

Centre-ville secteur Gambetta, Très bel immeuble Art Deco 1930, TRÈS TRÈS PETIT studio (9 m2), calme et soleil. Très fonctionnel pour 1 personne malgré la très petite superficie. Petite Kitchenette, douche dans la pièce et WC à l'INTERIEUR fermé. Faible Hauteur sur mezzanine: Matelas 160x200, raccourci sur un angle. TV, WIFI, CLIMATISATION. Un appartement propre à tout petit prix, balcon sympa, prestations simples pour des gens faciles à vivre. Princes et princesses : passez votre chemin.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.
