Large independent ground floor T1 in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very Quiet Residential Neighborhood. Amenities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski hiking, dog sledding...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines serving Chambéry in 15 minutes .

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children.
