The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

Close to the beach, chic area, VERY VERY small 9 m2 (96 sqft) studio in a beautiful Art-Deco building WITH elevator (top floor on foot). Nice view of a wooded courtyard, bright, sunny, very quiet. AIR CONDITIONING. Bathroom OUTSIDE right next door. Kitchen and shower in the same room. Real single bed, excellent comfort. A clean apartment at a very low price, ideal location, simple services for easy-going people. Princes and princesses: this path is not for you.

My apartment is at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.
