Idéalement placé, il offre un cadre de séjour confortable et élégant, parfait pour découvrir Nice tout en profitant du calme d’un quartier résidentiel bien desservi. L’un des grands atouts de ce logement est sans conteste sa situation exceptionnelle : l’immeuble donne sur la Promenade des Anglais, l’un des lieux emblématiques de la ville.

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Récemment remis à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité, il offre de belles prestations. Il y a un lit de 140cm X 200 cm dans la chambre et un canapé convertible de 140cm X 190 cm dans le salon.

It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Deux pièces indépendantes, calmes, lumineuses, vue dégagée, avec coin cuisine et salle de douche, 30 m2, 4ème étage sans ascenseur, immeuble niçois traditionnel, 5 minutes à pied de la mer et des arrêts de bus et tramway, nombreux commerces accessibles à pied. Logement directement voisin de celui du propriétaire, il correspond à une partie rendue indépendante. L'heure d'arrivée est fixée mais dire l'heure d'arrivée souhaitée pour voir si elle est possible.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
