Fabulous seafront 4 rooms flat

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Amazing sea view, with the beach in front, you will live at 4° in a 6 floors small building typical of Nice dating from 1928, with elevator, peaceful & cordial atmosphere. Beach is in front. Transport is at the foot. Parking for a tourism car is not a problem, electric charging stations at 50m All shops are nearby, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets.

It is close to shops, restaurants, 5 min from the pedestrian area, cinema, bus. The train station is 15min walk and the airport 20min by bus. You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice.
