Nice apartment recently renovated in a small condominium "chalet", on the heights of the village of La Clusaz (3 minutes). Stunning views of the ski area, absolute calm and authentic atmosphere are at the rendezvous. All the essential equipment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay : linen, linen, raclette machine, coffee machine, ski locker... Private covered parking, skibus stop 150m from the accommodation. Central and elegant apartment in the heart of the village. Completely remodeled in 2023. Maximum capacity 4 people. At the start of Crêt du Merle slope. Quiet, nice view, balcony with table and chairs. Cosy and confortable. Dorm style room with double bunk bed sleeping 4 people. Fully equipped : Oven and micro-wave, dish washer, washing machine, connected TV, optic fiber wifi. Private closed parking + outside common parking pending daily availability.
