The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. The spacious garden invites you to barbecue and play with the kids. Absolute peace and relaxation in rural idyll far from any hustle and bustle. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The apartment on Gut Rodenberg is located on a 2 hectare park-like site with a natural swimming pond and the river "Stepenitz". Apartment in the separate part of the large barn overlooking the swimming pond. Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the upper floor: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd children's room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a second toilet in the basement. Dogs only on request!!!

Die Ostsee ist in 14 km jederzeit erreichbar (Pool im Sommer!), Wald und Wiesen auf der Kühlung - der Jakobsweg führt durchs Dorf und der Wanderweg startet vor der Tür. Die Rehe springen am Rand der Pferde-Koppel und wer genau schaut, sieht den Fuchs und je nach Jahreszeit die Wildgänse, Störche oder Kraniche über den Hof fliegen und der Hahn kräht (!).
