Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. You can fish or swim from the jetty or the boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

Our apartment on the second floor has two advantages due to its south-west orientation: on the one hand, the greatest possible enjoyment of the sun and on the other hand, the quiet location facing away from the street. The apartment complex with sauna is located in the first row 50 m from the beach, exactly between the districts of Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West. At the back, after about 50 m, the city forest begins, which invites you to relaxing hikes. A sauna is also available in the house after registration.

The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

Our holiday home is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

But small private celebrations and relaxing holidays are also popular here. Or just combine the two.

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

The Beachtime is centrally located yet quiet, only 800 m from the pier and the beach on Strandstrasse. The Strandstrasse is the shopping and promenade in Kühlungsborn and invites you to stroll and linger with many shops and restaurants. This busy section of the beach road starts just 100 m from the apartment. Everything for everyday needs is within walking distance and the Stadtwald and Lindenpark are also within walking distance.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

Our cozy Baltic Sea nest is located in Kühlungsborn Ost on Strandstraße. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located place. With just a few steps you can reach the Baltic Sea, of course the beach, the Kühlungsborn marina and the various restaurants and cafes in Strandstraße and Ostseeallee. The city forest is also around the corner and ideal for walks, even with a dog ;)
