The house, which was completely modernized in 2021/2022, offers many highlights: spacious rooms, box spring beds, 65" smart TV, rain shower, electric charging station, garden with 60 sqm sun terrace, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill - nothing is missing! A gas fireplace (currently still under construction! As of July 22) in the interior, as well as a sauna house in the outdoor area invite you to feel good even on cold days.

Beachtime

Die Beachtime liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig nur 800 m von der Seebrücke und dem Strand entfernt in der Strandstrasse. Die Strandstrasse ist die Einkaufs- und Flaniermeile in Kühlungsborn und lädt mit vielen Geschäften und Gastronomie zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. Dieser belebte Abschnitt der Strandstrasse beginnt in nur 100 m Entfernung der Wohnung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar und der Stadtwald und der Lindenpark sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Unsere moderne große & helle Wohnung in Kühlungsborn bietet reichlich Platz für 4 - 6 Personen. 1 Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Terrasse, 1 Küche die reichlich Platz bietet zum Kochen mit Freunden, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne, 1 Gäste / WC. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet vom Kaffeeautomaten bis zur Spülmaschine. Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

Our holiday home is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Our beautiful 3-room apartment "Spatzennest" is located on the top floor of the house, where you can enjoy the view from the balcony. Due to the very good location in Kühlungsborn-West, you will find everything you need for a nice vacation in the immediate vicinity: the long sandy beach, the promenade, many restaurants and bars, the concert garden, the city forest and many other places for various activities. So you can leave your car for a few days.

Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

With just a few steps you can reach the Baltic Sea, of course the beach, the Kühlungsborn marina and the various restaurants and cafes in Strandstraße and Ostseeallee. The city forest is also around the corner and ideal for walks, even with a dog ;)
