Large windows open the view to the garden, nature and tranquility included. On approx. 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Die Residenz Laguna ist eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungsanlagen in Kühlungsborns-Ost, mit moderner Bäderarchitektur und mit mediterranen Stilelementen. Es erwartet Sie eine 2-Zimmer-Giebelwohnung in der 3. Etage (mit Aufzug), direkt auf der beliebten Flanier- und Bummelmeile. Der Strand sowie die Seebrücke sind nur ca. 250 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen und bietet alles für einen entspannten Ostseeaufenthalt. Auf Wunsch mit Zustellbett auch für 3 Personen geeignet.

Our holiday home is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Our exclusive vacation apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream vacation. Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

We offer you our stylish 60 sqm tower apartment with sea view in Kühlungsborn-West. The beach is less than 90 meters from the apartment as the crow flies. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling French windows and a large balcony with sea views. It is also equipped with a maritime real wood parquet and the bed is very large. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shopping facilities.

Our cozy Baltic Sea nest is located in Kühlungsborn Ost on Strandstraße. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located place. With just a few steps you can reach the Baltic Sea, of course the beach, the Kühlungsborn marina and the various restaurants and cafes in Strandstraße and Ostseeallee. The city forest is also around the corner and ideal for walks, even with a dog ;)

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days. Please see the rules for bed linen and towels below. New: tourist tax 1 €/day.
