BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Unsere moderne große & helle Wohnung in Kühlungsborn bietet reichlich Platz für 4 - 6 Personen. 1 Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Terrasse, 1 Küche die reichlich Platz bietet zum Kochen mit Freunden, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne, 1 Gäste / WC. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet vom Kaffeeautomaten, bis hin Spülmaschine. Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

Eine neue Einbau-Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Elektrogeräten sowie ein ansprechendes Bad mit Glas-Dusche/WC sind vorhanden. Ein nummerierter Außen-Stellplatz kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Der "Hansapark" ist fast nebenan, ein kleines öffentl. Schwimmbad in unmittelbarer Nähe. WLAN, Handtücher und Bettwäsche stellen wir KOSTENFREI zur Verfügung.

Our holiday home is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Bastorf is located between the Baltic Sea baths of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea baths. The countryside invites you to long walks. It has over 100 square meters and is less than 80 meters from the beach and seafront and equipped with high quality furniture, a flat screen and a high quality kitchen. The tower apartment is in the center of Kühlungsborn West and you can hear the sound of the sea. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other shopping facilities can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot.

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, incl. large balcony, underfloor heating, large bathtub, WiFi, private beach access etc. The Weststrand apartment of Riviera Kühlungsborn is 60 m2 and has a separate bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom is a big modern bathtub where you can hear the sound of the sea when the window is open. Beach can be reached in a few meters via its own beach access.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Tommy Vacation Home

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. The property is located in a townhouse settlement. You have a separate entrance. Parking is available on our property. There is also a small terrace in the garden. It is only 10 min to the beach, the marina and the city. There is also very good shopping nearby. To get to the surrounding area there is a good connection to bus and train/Molly.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Our exclusive holiday apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream holiday. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.
