The apartment combines a modern living feeling with Alpine charm - perfect for a relaxing stay in the popular holiday region between Karwendel and Wetterstein.

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Our cosy holiday apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has two wonderful balconies where you can marvel at the mountains. A parking space right in front of the house is free of charge. Charging stations for electric vehicles are at the beginning of the street. Towels and bed linen are provided by us.

In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Chalet "Aus Holz" offers stunning views of the Alps. Spanning two floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are available on request (for an extra fee). Access to a wellness area with sauna, shower, and relaxation room is also possible (for an extra fee).

Parking at the house, non-smoking house, linens and towels are provided.
