We offer you a well-kept, comfortable attic apartment (built in 2001) with two bedrooms in an absolutely quiet, sunny location and south balcony with magnificent Alpine panorama. For 3 or more people, the additional bedroom is included. Two people can optionally rent the extra bedroom for an additional charge of €8/day. Please just make a preliminary inquiry. I will then submit a special offer. The same applies to children < 2 years. Here, too, a host offer is necessary.

The accommodation extends over two floors and includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
