Perfect for festival visitors: You can easily walk to the Festspielhaus in only 10 minutes. The city center is about 2.5 km away – ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature but still want to be quickly in the heart of Bayreuth. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

With 80 square meters of living space, our house sleeps 4 people and is ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to discover the beauty of the Franconian Forest.

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

Welcome to your perfect retreat! Our spacious cottage is located in a quiet residential area with stunning views of the countryside. A whirlpool and sauna are available🧖🏽‍♀️ for your personal wellness break (€50/day each, use until 10:00 p.m. in accordance with statutory rest periods). 🔥Fancy a cozy BBQ? The "Alte Schlosserei" was built in 1850 and renovated in recent years with a lot of love for detail. The connection between old and modern gives this place its special style. The large, spacious living room is particularly cozy thanks to the gas fireplace. The two sleeping areas have three rooms with a total of five beds. Two double beds and a single bed. Each of the two sleeping areas has its own en-suite bathroom.
