Resterhof-Wachau, lovingly renovated

The Winzerhof is located near Spitz on the Danube, in the World Heritage Site Wachau. The house is located directly on the Danube bike path, on the edge of an idyllic village, surrounded by wine and apricot gardens. In the main house are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small living room, as well as a veranda and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Secluded, idyllic courtyard with a "loft apartment"for 2P with bathroom and small kitchen. Remise and spacious barn for events on request.

Country house in the Waldviertel

1 hour from the city limits of Vienna, this fully furnished house is located in a beautiful corner of Austria and invites you to explore the surrounding area in both summer and winter. The mystical forests and extensive meadows invite you to trips with family, friends or simply to unwind and ventilate in every season. Long-term rental is also possible. The Ottensteiner reservoir with swimming facilities/boat rental can be reached in 15 minutes, as well as the Ottenstein Golf Club.

A 100 m² apartment with views of Göttweig Abbey awaits you. We are easily accessible by all means of transport. For the car, there is a free parking place available. The Furth-Palt train stop is 500 m away. We are located directly on the Danube Cycle Path. The shuttle parking lot for the various major events (Göttweig, Wachau) is 3 minutes away by car. A supermarket with an attached café (with various breakfast offers) and a gas station are close by.

Our 16th century home was recently renovated with the aim of adding modern amenities while preserving historic features. The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.

Eintreten, ankommen, wohlfühlen und entspannen! Das Boutique Gästehaus, Guestel, liegt direkt im Zentrum von Krems, am Tor zum Weltkulturerbe Wachau. Im 2019 renovierten Gästehaus warten drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich, sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche auf Ihren Besuch. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.
