Das Tiny House ist an kein Netz angeschlossen und steht für Begeisterte des reduzierten Lifestyles zur Verfügung. Du findest im Haus neben einer Küche,einem Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, einen Wohnbereich und ein Schlafloft

Charming Danube house on the river bank in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau. Fully equipped, 1600 m² garden, fire & barbecue area, sports equipment, games. Directly on the Danube Cycle Path & the Romantikstraße – nature, culture, sport & relaxation in one! Danube bathing beach right in front of the house. Ideal for companies, sports, yoga, club events and, of course, groups and families. Unique and original furnishings. It is a very old and simple house, hence the low price.

Time out from everyday life

Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just want time all to yourself, this is the place for you! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby / guest bed in the bedroom if needed. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is set in the middle of an organically managed 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation!

Unique barbecue area, garden hut, tent site

Quiet and centrally located adventure garden with panoramic views. Overnight accommodation in cabin for 2 people or campground. I offer a simple inexpensive place to stay at the Kremser Nordhügel "Steindl". Attention no electricity and water connection available, but an unbeatable price and a 10 liter canister with drinking water is available. In the garden, there is a fire pit for grilling or making campfire, as well as sun loungers and Heurigentisch + benches.

Baumhaus

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

The apartment Blick View over Krems is located in the most beautiful residential area of Krems, right in the vineyards on the Wachtberg. A south-facing terrace provides sun and tranquility all day with a wonderful view of the Tullner Feld, Göttweig Abbey and Stein. The center can be reached on foot in 6 minutes and the Kunsthalle (art hall) Krems in 24 minutes (6 minutes by car). Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the area.

The narrow Danube Valley is famous as a world heritage site and feel-good landscape with a special climate. The hiking region of Jauerling offers 350 km of marked hiking trails. On 1,296 hectares, distinctive wines grow mostly on steep terraces. Maria Laach is a pilgrimage site.
