The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage/Einzellage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Very spacious and cozy apartment in the immediate vicinity of the old town of Krems. Garage space is included! A light-filled apartment with two separate walk-in bedrooms and a cosy living room. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal as well as the modern bathroom with shower bath, double sink and washing machine. The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the Kremser pedestrian zone and thus located in perfect proximity to the old town!

Enjoy the quiet central location of the studio with a small garden and views of a typical Wachauer apricot garden. Vineyards invite you to hike, fill the picnic basket provided and discover the beautiful viewpoints in the surrounding area. The Danube Cycle Path is a few 100 meters away and above the Danube, Krems invites you with its cultural program. Relax in the hot tub after your excursions and end the evening with a good glass of wine in the garden.

Time out from everyday life

Comfort and relaxation in a log cabin in a clearing in the woods. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is not included in the price. Please let us know if you require it. Whether you have a NÖ-Card or not, we are in a very central location for various tourist attractions such as Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens and many more. The house is alive, so you might hear noises (e.g., woodworm) or see animals (e.g., ladybirds) visiting.

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in the Wachau. Idyllic location, surrounded by vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, making it the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage Trail and much more. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for families, two adults & two children! Dog-friendly :-)

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
