Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

Bright old town loft in the popular bar district

Enjoy your time in the beautiful old town loft, in the lively weekend nightlife district of Krems an der Donau. Of course, the shopping street with many great restaurants and cafes is also just a short walk away. For wine lovers, there is of course the best selection of white wines in the area to try and take home. See you soon in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Wachau. Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Staying at the vineyard

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in the Wachau. Idyllic location, surrounded by vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, making it the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage Trail and much more. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for families, two adults & two children! Dog-friendly :-)

A refuge next to the university

Enjoy a stylish experience at this property right next to the universities. The apartment has its own parking space in the parking garage as it is located in the parking ban zone. The university is just a few steps away. Apartment has a private garden, but this is not yet revitalized. The apartment is very nice and stylishly furnished, a cozy new double bed awaits you.
