In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The city centre of Kleve, with the beautiful Schwanenburg castle, can be reached by bus in a few minutes. Kleve is a lively city with many good restaurants, museum, zoo near the Dutch border. Moyland Castle with its exhibitions is only a few kilometers away. There's a lot to do!

You have a fully independent living space for 2 people in our elevated back garden, located on the Panoramaberg, accessible from the road with its own entrance. Bathroom with toilet, kitchenette with washing machine. The Tiny House is located right on the Pieterpad, almost in the centre of Groesbeek. The "Walk of Wisdom" is nearby: we can arrange transport to and from the route.
