We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Welcome. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but it is located on the courtyard side, so it is away from the main street. It is a two-room apartment on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a balcony. The entire area is beautifully landscaped with greenery. There are two entrances in the building, one of which is with a ramp for the disabled / prams. Nearby you will find a park, a gallery, shops, a promenade and the most beautiful beach 15 minutes away. Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

The "Marinero" apartment in Świnoujście is loved by our guests. This apartment in Świnoujście is located in a closed and guarded housing estate. It is an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. An additional advantage of the apartment by the sea is a very spacious balcony and air conditioning. The apartment is a fully equipped apartment ideal for both short and long stays. The total area of the apartment for rent is 52 m2.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit also a large Tini house, and it was once until almost 80 years ago a small stable, whose outer walls are also preserved. Since then it has served as a guest domicile. Inside, everything is completely modernly renovated and has underfloor heating. Very important to mention is the bunk bed, there is only one double bunk bed for sleeping... if that is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
