We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within easy walking distance. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Welcome. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but it is located on the side of the yard so it is away from the main street. It is a two-room apartment on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a balcony. The entire area is beautifully landscaped with greenery. There are two entrances in the building, one of which is with a ramp for the disabled / prams. Nearby you will find a park, a gallery, shops, a promenade and the most beautiful beach 15 minutes away. You are most welcome.

It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

The apartment is part of our house, but has a separate access and its own little piece of garden.... You have your rest with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours of the entire island There are rarely buses....

Vacation house "BlauesHaus"

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
