The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. The spacious living room features a complete kitchen with a cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family or friends' week(end) gathering. At about 10 km is the beautiful vast area of Kootwijkerzand. De Hoge Veluwe National Park is approximately 16 km away. It is possible to buy a bag of wood on location for €7.50.

The Valkse handelshuisje is located in De Valk, a small community (+/- 600 inhabitants) within the municipality of Ede. Around De Valk are forests, the Wekeromse sand and various clog paths. Within walking distance, you have a rural shop. There is a pass available for 6 people for Bosbad Lunteren (13 min drive). This can be used up to 7-9. Jan's renovated cowshed has 3 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a beautiful private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
