Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

The house is located in the heart of Bollendorf, a 10-minute walk from the outdoor swimming pool, a 5-minute walk from the Luxembourg border. Kayaking descents along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach and Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are only 10 or 30 minutes away by car. The house offers 1 parking in front of the door, a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with Bbq & many other leisure facilities: 2 bicycles, kickers, darts, DVD, poker game,...

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. We rent a detached, former farmhouse (100 m²), which was completely renovated in 2021/22. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course in the midst of beautiful nature.
