The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Innenstadtnahe im Januar 2021 renovierte Zweizimmerwohnung, ca. 250 m von der PortaNigra entfernt. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Mittelgeschoss und nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Der kleine Flur führt in das Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Kochnische (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Doppel-Induktionskochplatte). The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The apartment is very centrally located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the confluence of Saar and Moselle. Comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. Box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm. Coffee & tea are free. There is a small kitchenette without a dishwasher and Extractor hood. Guests who value complete self-sufficiency even for short stays are better off with competitors. For long-term guests, that's not a problem. Perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

"Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, ideally suited for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.
