Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Our farm, with our animals—sheep, goats, Muscovy ducks, chickens, cats and our dog Elli—is located just 5 km from the A7/Malsfeld exit, yet in a completely secluded spot in the middle of a nature reserve. You can use and explore our 20,000 m² property. Not far from our farm, you’ll find a unique vantage point. Here with us, the hare and the fox say goodnight to each other. There’s also a trampoline/slide/sandpit/table tennis table, etc.
