It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, overlooking the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott or in the village of Hirschegg, 15 km away.
