House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Vacation home: Great location, plenty of space and large garden

Experience special moments in this unique place to stay. Our vacation home is in a quiet location but is still very easily accessible because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails in the forest also start right by the house. The house is very spacious and built very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers tranquility, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

Two fun-loving pensioners rent their cozy home for guests: The lower floor of our two-family house in rural surroundings is completely at your disposal. Beautiful garden terrace and garden for chilling after … a hike on the Zirbitzkogel ... a bike ride on the Mur cycle path ... an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, MOTO GP, DTM) ...or as a relaxed stopover on the way home from the south. Silke Vacation Home

The Silke vacation home is close to the center but very quiet. The Red Bull Ring is only 4.5 km away. The house offers a large cozy kitchen with dining area, a large living room as well as 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower (2nd toilet on the first floor) and a garden that invites you to relax and barbecue. The city park, 50 m away, invites you to take walks, play a game of mini golf or just romp around on the playground. The swimming pool is only 500 m away.

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
