It is located in a quiet second courtyard on the beautiful Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the vibrant and multicultural Graefe-Kiez in Kreuzberg. These are commercial spaces that aren't subject to the Act on the Prohibition of Illegal Repurposing of Housing. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is already included in the price. We use 100% green electricity.

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

Pure relaxation in the midst of animals, meadows, fields and forests. Situated in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, lamas, donkeys and cats. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, one could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed ( 2 persons). There's a sauna house out there, too.

Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
