Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. 30 minutes by S-Bahn to Frankfurt/converted barn

Separated from the main house by a courtyard, the apartment is in a converted barn on 3 levels. On the middle level, there is a bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size box-spring bed. A steep staircase leads to a loft with a double bed. The entrance area (lower level) is located with a glass front facing the courtyard. The bathroom, kitchen and gallery have windows to the garden. 6 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn subway station to Frankfurt (about 30 minutes to the city), good connection to the A3. Currently 2G!

Lovingly furnished apartment in the centre of Aschaffenburg in a very quiet location. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the view is fantastic. Just 900 metres from Aschaffenburg Train Station, 500 metres from downtown and 250 metres from the Main. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows are darkened.

Our little dreamer has a style all its own with a beach house feeling. The new small Tiny :-) studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette (microwave, double hotplate), double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace with seating. Right next to nature, ideal for hikes, bike rides and city tours to Frankfurt and Würzburg. The accommodation is located close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine-Main region and on the edge of the Spessart and Kahlgrund.

Modern, fully equipped apartment - close to the vineyard

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

We welcome you to the Strietpartment! In a former bank branch you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and enough space for your luggage. The spacious living and dining area is complemented by the cloakroom in the entrance area and an office corner. The kitchen offers everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make your day easier. In the bathroom you will find a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Small 2-room apartment

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 bedroom apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and associated with visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Holiday home at Löffeltrinkerplatz

The apartment is located in the center of Seligenstadt on the 2nd floor. Market square, monastery, Freihof and Main can be reached on foot in one minute. The train station is about 5 minutes by foot to the swimming pool in about 8 minutes. The apartment was completely newly created in 2016. The furnishings are new.
