You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Enjoy wildlife, kayaking, fishing, campfires, horses, hiking and games. We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

Experience a relaxing stay, spending time watching chickens happily foraging or barn animals as they graze in the pasture. We also offer a variety of learning opportunities as we share how we process fiber, health care for animals or maybe a simple hay ride. Situated on 6 peaceful acres, our cabin is a little "Brown County" in the city: 5 minutes from Ruoff Music Center, MoJo Up Sports Facility, Hamilton Town Center (which is home to a plethora of different restaurants, shops, entertainment options, and a movie theater), and right next door to a local winery! Whether you are traveling to a sporting event (Grand Park), a concert, or just to visit family in the local area, this home will afford you convenience and relaxation all in one location!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Do you need a quiet and relaxing getaway? Grace house has cathedral ceilings with lots of windows. The comfy furniture and open concept will be soothing to your soul. There is a main bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. There is also an office/extra bedroom with a decently comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed that has a memory foam topper. The yard is beautiful with walking paths, a hammock, firepit, and seating areas.

It features a 1 bedroom, memory foam sleeper sectional, queen air mattress, full bath, laundry, kitchen, living room and walk in basement. Outside you will enjoy a private fire pit, 2 car detached garage, private back porch, tree swings, walking path, food plots for wildlife and wildflowers. Come and relax and enjoy!
