Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

The 32 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The beautiful design of the furniture gives our apartment its special charm. The dining and kitchen area are the center of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and coffee maker. An electric kettle and toaster are a matter of course. There is one double bed and a sleeping couch. The initial laundry equipment with bed linens and towels is included in the rental price. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Completely renovated luxury apartment for up to 8 people Steam shower, bathtub, massage chair, large TV, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen The accommodation is 140 m² and is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The apartment is located on the first floor which is only accessible by stairs. There is also a 150 m² garden and a roof terrace incl. An umbrella, seating area and patio heater can be used. An outdoor parking space is at your disposal free of charge

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment has four rooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It's located on the first floor. 1x single bedroom, 1x double bedroom and 1x triple bedroom are rented. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with the basics. The garden can be used and barbecue is also provided. The outbuilding is private. The sun terrace can be used. Behind the outbuilding is a wooden shed, in which is the grill, toys and the seat cushions.

Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
