Zum Freizeitpark und Wildparadies Tripsdrill dauert es 10 min, Heilbronn ist 20 min, Ludwigsburg 30 min. entfernt. Sie haben eine gute Bahnanbindung. Fahrräder können im Gebäude abgestellt werden. WLAN und ein Arbeitsplatz stehen bereit.

Die Souterrainwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, welcher vom Garten aus zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten und das Gackern von 3 Hühnern genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Wir als Familie, mit 3 älteren Kids, freuen uns auf freundliche Begegnungen und möchten Euch den Aufenthalt in Heilbronn angenehm gestalten.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

Dein E- Bike kannst du bequem in der Garage aufladen, auch eine kleine Werkstatt mit Fahrradreparaturständer ist vorhanden. WEIN🍇 Direkt am Fuße des Weinberges gelegen können zu Fuß die verschiedensten Events erreicht werden .

Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
