The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Our vacation rental is located in the outskirts of Zwickau. The city center is easily accessible both by bus (stop about 50 m away) and within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility of extensive walks in the countryside, for example on the banks of the Mulde.
