Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for hiking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful bathing lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural events. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached, and undisturbed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our cozy 3* apartment is located in Oy-Mittelberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people, each additional on request. In the living room, there is a comfortable pull-out couch for 2 more people. Baby cot available if needed. A private garden invites you to grill and relax. Nearby is the Rottachsee, Schwarzenbergerweiher and Grüntensee. Hikers and bikers will get their money's worth in summer and in winter there are ski resorts nearby.

From here you can quickly reach the mountains, lakes and castles.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
