This modern and large apartment with an area of approx. 80 m² meets every need and is ideal for families. The apartment impresses with the open living/dining area with access to the two sunny balconies with fantastic views of the mountain range, all the way to the Zugspitze! In addition, there are two bedrooms with a double bed or bunk bed and sofa bed are available. The daylight bathroom with bath and shower leaves nothing to be desired. You can park comfortably in the parking space in front of the house.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. A large bedroom and dining room that starts the small kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with floor-level shower and plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public car park two streets away (Burgstraße 20) for about 20 euros per day.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
