Unser Apartment ist minimalistisch, klar und charmant eingerichtet. Stadtteil Kassel-Kirchditmold. Alle Hotspots (UNESCO-Welterbe Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophisches Zentrum, Kongresspalais Stadthalle usw.) sind gut erreichbar. Der ICE-Bahnhof kann fußläufig in 15 min. erreicht werden. Küche ist nicht in der Wohnung integriert, aber eine Möglichkeit der Tee-oder Kaffeebereitung ist gegeben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (alkoholfreies Bier u. Mineralwasser zur freien Verfügung!) ist vorhanden.

The apartment is located in the middle of the city, on weekends the "St. Family Church" will ring you gently into the day - from here you can experience the whole city comfortably for yourself. The Kasseler Central Station, as well as the inner and old town, are a 3-minute walk. By tram/tram you can reach the mountain park "World Heritage Site" in a few minutes. Bars and cafes are right around the corner.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Dear potential guests: Whether you are passing through, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a panoramic view. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.
